Delivering Exceptional Training Standards:
At Added Advantage Academy, we prioritize personalized training and optimal learning retention by limiting class sizes to a maximum of 10 learners. Formative assessments are conducted at the end of each training section, with a final assessment completed by participants at the training’s conclusion. Formative assessments occur during the course, while summative assessments take place every Friday.
Accredited Courses Aligned with Unit Standards:
We maintain full accreditation with MICT SETA and currently offer short courses aligned with unit standards as part of the National Certificate for Information Technology: End User Computing. Learners can attain recognized certification at Added Advantage Academy, allowing them to accumulate credits towards a learnership or other qualifications. Our training material aligns with SAQA unit standards and is sourced from accredited courseware providers or created in-house. Additionally, our trainers are registered as facilitators and assessors.
